1.3. These Terms and Conditions constitute the terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of Polish law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.

3. Types and scope of services provided electronically
Through the Service, the Service Provider provides in particular the following electronic services:
- making public information pages about the PLSetti offering available,
- registering and signing in to an Account using Steam and Discord,
- managing Account data and linking external accounts,
- access to the server rental panel, history, configurators, permissions and demo metadata, while server management is performed exclusively through website features and Discord integrations,
- access to the plugin catalogue, plugin clubs, downloads, licences, tokens and delegated downloading,
- submitting reviews and using other interactive features of the Service.
4. Technical requirements
Using the Service requires at least:
- a device with internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies,
- an active Steam or Discord account — if the User wishes to use sign-in and an Account,
- access to email or a messaging service, if needed to contact the Service Provider.
5. Entering into and terminating an agreement for electronic services
5.1. An agreement for the provision of electronic services relating to public features of the Service is entered into when the User begins to use the relevant feature.
5.2. An agreement to maintain an Account is entered into upon the first successful sign-in, is free of charge and is concluded for an indefinite period, unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.
5.3. The User may stop using the Service at any time and, in the case of an Account, may request its deletion by writing to [email protected].
5.4. The Service Provider may restrict or suspend access to an Account where this is necessary because of security, a breach of the Terms and Conditions, abuse, attempted unauthorised access or a legal obligation.
6. Rules for using the Account and Service
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions and accepted standards of conduct, and in particular:
- not impersonate other people or use false data to circumvent security measures,
- not take actions that disrupt the operation of the Service, panels, API, tokens, licences or infrastructure,
- not publish unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights or copyright,
- not provide access or licence tokens to unauthorised persons,
- use only those servers, clubs, licences and resources for which the User has permission,
- not attempt to gain access to server files, the system shell, SFTP, FTP or other administrative channels not made available by the Service Provider.
7. Signing in through Steam and Discord
7.1. The Service uses external identity providers. The User signs in using Steam or Discord, and the Account may later be linked to the other provider.
7.2. The Service Provider does not store passwords for Steam or Discord accounts. The scope of data obtained from these services is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Reviews and user content
8.1. By submitting a review, the User declares that they have the right to publish its content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
8.2. The Service Provider may moderate, reject, hide or remove reviews that breach the law, these Terms and Conditions or accepted standards of conduct, or that are inconsistent with the purpose of the Service.
8.3. Accepted reviews may be published publicly together with the reviewer’s name, avatar and review content.
9. Plugins, downloads, licences and sharing
9.1. Access to plugin downloads and related Service features may depend on active access to a plugin club and on the current permissions assigned to the User’s Account.
9.2. The User may use downloads and licences only to the extent granted by the Service Provider. Circumventing access, licence and token restrictions, ip:port limits, or security measures is prohibited.
9.3. If the Service permits plugin downloads to be delegated to another person, the User is responsible for correctly identifying that person and for the consequences of the authorisation they grant.
9.4. Licence and API tokens are confidential. The User should keep them with due care and revoke them immediately if disclosure is suspected.
9.5. Access to a plugin club means access to digital content and functionality made available through the Service, and does not constitute acquisition of ownership of plugins or source code.
10. Copyright and intellectual property
10.1. The Service, its name, graphic design, content, code, documentation, files, materials and plugins made available through plugin clubs are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws.
10.2. Unless otherwise indicated for specific material, the plugins available through the Service are works created by the Service Provider. The Service Provider gives the User access to the plugin club and digital content through the Service, but does not transfer to the User any economic copyright, derivative rights, or ownership of the plugins or their code.
10.3. Assignment of an ip:port licence, granting access to a club, the ability to download a file, or use of a plugin on a server does not constitute a sale of the plugin or transfer of any copyright in it.
10.4. Without the Service Provider’s prior consent, it is prohibited in particular to resell, sublicense, distribute publicly, publish, decompile beyond the exceptions permitted by law, remove authorship notices, or circumvent technical restrictions on access to plugins.
10.5. The purpose of obtaining access to a plugin club is to use subscription access to digital content through the Service, not to acquire a particular copy of a computer program or rights to its further use beyond the scope expressly permitted by the Service Provider or by mandatory provisions of law.
11. Server panel and technical integrations
11.1. The server panel enables management of selected server settings, access permissions and selected technical files, including through integrations with Pterodactyl and Discord.
11.2. The User uses the server under a management model limited to the features made available through the Service and Discord. The Service Provider does not give the User direct access to server files, including through SFTP, FTP, SSH or other similar administrative methods.
11.3. The User is responsible for operations performed through their Account and permissions, unless they are not at fault for those operations.
11.4. Configuration changes, granting permissions, licence assignments and other actions in the panel may be logged for security and accountability purposes.
12. Complaints
12.1. Complaints concerning the Service may be submitted to [email protected] or in writing to the Service Provider’s registered office.
12.2. A complaint should contain at least the information needed to identify the User, a description of the problem and the User’s request.
12.3. The Service Provider will consider the complaint without undue delay and no later than within 14 days, unless specific provisions provide otherwise.
13. Liability
13.1. The Service Provider exercises due care to ensure that the Service operates correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features, particularly in the event of failures, maintenance work, actions by external providers, attacks or force majeure.
13.2. The Service Provider is not liable for limitations, delays or unavailability resulting from the operation of external services, such as Steam, Discord, Cloudflare, Pterodactyl, hosting, network operators or the User’s browser, unless liability arises under mandatory provisions of law.
13.3. No part of these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the rights of a consumer or a natural person exercising consumer rights that are granted by mandatory provisions.
14. Personal data and cookies
The rules for processing personal data and using cookies and Google Analytics are set out in the Privacy policy, which is an integral supplement to these Terms and Conditions.
15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
15.1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended for important reasons, in particular because of changes in law, development of functionality, changes to security, organisation of the Service, or changes to the Service Provider’s details.
15.2. Changes will be published in the Service together with a new update date. Where changes materially affect Users’ rights or obligations, the Service Provider should give appropriate advance notice.
15.3. If the User does not accept the changes, they should stop using the Service and may request deletion of the Account, if they have an Account.
16. Final provisions
16.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law and the relevant provisions of European Union law.
16.2. Disputes with consumers will be decided by the courts having jurisdiction under the law; a consumer may also use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures if they are available for the matter concerned.
16.3. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication stated as the last update date.
